Neighborhood Service Centers
At the heart of Community Service are LEADS Neighborhood Service Centers located in Newark, Buckeye Lake, Utica, and Pataskala. Designed to provide wide-spread accessibility to LEADS programs, these centers are the cornerstone of community support and involvement. Each center is regularly evaluated and refined by community members to meet the needs of its particular community.
