TEACHER: We have a full-time position with our Marysville Head Start/Early Head Start Center. This position is responsible to provide a successful, safe and supervised educational setting for the children while they are in the Head Start environment (classroom, outdoor play area and field trips). To promote the social, emotional, physical and cognitive development of Head Start children. To provide frequent contact with the families of the Head Start Children in the classroom and at home. To keep accurate written notes to develop individualized goals for the children, provide on-going assessment and successful transition into Kindergarten.
The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related. Preference will be given to applicants with Pre-K certification or license; 2 years' experience in Early Childhood Education program is preferred; must have experience in classroom management in a preschool setting, with an understanding of developmentally appropriate practices. Must possess a valid Ohio Driver's License and provide proof of auto insurance for work related driving. Must submit to a background check, including BCI and FBI Criminal Records, Federal and State Sex Offender registries and the Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System and be eligible for employment as required by ODJFS. Must possess a valid Ohio Driver's License, provide proof of auto insurance and have a clean driving record for work related driving. Must complete a pre-employment physical examination and drug screening. Salary range $23.76- $26.74 per hour depending upon degree and license.

Ability to lift and load food carriers from floor to van. Ability to maintain high level of daily repetitive motion with arms and hands. Ability to stand and walk for most of an eight and a half (8.5) hour day. Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen sanitation.
The successful candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED required. Must complete background check which includes BCI and FBI Criminal records, Federal and State Sex Offender registries and the Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information system and be eligible for employment as required by ODJFS. Must possess a valid Ohio Driver's License and provide proof of auto insurance for work related driving. A physical examination and drug screen is required before employment. Salary $15.05 per hour.

HEALTH & NUTRITION MANAGER: This full-time position with our Head Start/Early Head Start program is responsible for ensuring that the health and nutritional needs of children are being met through implementation of program services. As part of the Head Start/Early Head Start management team, this position helps direct activities to ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, program regulations, and assist with overall program planning.
The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, or a related degree and/or licensure in the nursing field with experience in pediatrics. Preference will be given to a registered nurse. A minimum of two (2) years' experience working with children ages 0-5 preferred. Must submit to a background check, including BCI and FBI Criminal Records, Federal and State Sex Offender registries and the Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System and be eligible for employment as required by ODJFS. Must possess a valid Ohio Driver's License, provide proof of auto insurance and have a clean driving record for work related driving. Must complete a pre-employment physical examination and a pre-employment drug screening. Salary $24.16 - $31.53 per hour, depending upon education and/or license.
SOCIAL SERVICES COACH MENTOR: This full-time position is responsible for supporting and guiding Family Service Workers in coordinating, collaborating and facilitating the effective delivery of social services to Head Start/Early Head Start families and staff in accordance with Head Start Program Performance Standards (HSPPS). The coach/mentor job expectations will align with the Relationship Based Competencies (RBC’s), Parent Family and Community Engagement Framework (PFCE) and Trauma Informed Care Practices and will be used in collaboration with Family & Community Partnership Manager for training and on-going professional development.
The successful candidate must have an associate’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
