The LEADS Housing Division provides affordable, high-quality housing options for seniors and families in 18 counties in Ohio. LEADS currently operates 30 properties with 1,092 units in Ohio.

Management of Project
LEADS Housing Division was organized in 1995. Currently, LEADS is responsible for the successful operation of 30 Affordable Housing properties with 1,092 units in Ohio. LEADS Asset Management works closely with the third-party contracted management companies who do the pre-leasing, day-to-day operations, compliance monitoring and oversight for each property.
